Was the best overall dentist I have EVER been to and the fairest.
Closed up tight - the day after my last cleaning. I had been a patient of Dr. Ho for 10 years - he never mentioned he was closing THE NEXT DAY. So very unprofessional. I found out when the receptionist said they were not taking any follow up appointments and I asked why. Said the staff was told that morning the the practice was closing. Meanwhile Dr. Ho went to hide in the back of the office, never came out when I asked why he didn't say anything. The phone was disconnected and there is no way to get your records. Office is simply decorated, but staff were pleasant and efficient. Dr. Ho was very kind and explained everything clearly. The price was so much more reasonable than a corporate dental office. Whether you are paying out of pocket or using insurance.
All experiences have been good. Office staff and Dr Ho are very friendly. Good to find an honest and affordable dentist.
