My dog Logan has anxiety about groomers so I was very grayeful to have a goomer so close to home. I scheduled an apt. Which I had to wait weeks to get in. Put a request to be on the waiting list. They did call but was Iunable to make it. The lady on the phone then said ok then we will see you at your apt. On the 23rd. I showed up today to find out that there was no apt and they claimed I missed one the week prior. So I left and call because I didn't have time to wait. We are very sorry for any inconvenience. We were trying to figure out how to squeeze a large breed haircut into our busy schedule. To help ease Logan’s worries about grooming it would be best to get him on a regular grooming schedule as we have only seen him four times in the last three years. Many of our doodles come in every 8 weeks. Again we apologize and we hope Logan can find a groomer that you’re happy with.
I brought my two mini Aussies in today for the first time. The staff was friendly. My dogs looked great and the price was extremely reasonable.
4 stars only because I called and closest appointment was 3 weeks out and, well, honestly, wished it wasn't so expensive to groom my diggie....otherwise LOVE!
I love these people! They make my lulu look so cute and exactly as I like her to look! They do a fantastic job on all the dogs (and cats, too!) and they’re so good to them as well! They also have an adorable kitty that hangs out there that I love seeing every time!
