Our sliding glass door over time would barely open as the rollers had worn out. It took quite the effort to open. So we called All-Brands and they scheduled an appointment that fit our needs. Their team arrived on time and repaired our sliding glass door with inventory off their truck for a price that was beyond reasonable. Highly recommend this company!!!!!���
I have nothing but praise for Lisa and Wayne at All Brands Window Services. I bought an older home in Venice with inoperable sliding glass doors. Lisa and Wayne were able to repair the sliders at a very reasonable price and offered excellent advice on replacement products. I was most impressed by their "no pressure" approach and attention to my needs as a customer. I have found them to be consistently trustworthy, responsive, and reliable. I feel this company did not look out for their customer as they said they would. They charged me for 5 screens then charged me for 3 of the same ones that still did not fit. I feel that was very unfair, I wrote to them but never heard back about my complaint, take my money twice & forget about me. I won't recommend them ever.
