great service recommend to all
I will recommend – I had two companies price my washer and drier fix. Was not too happy. Gave these people a call. The tech called me right before the appointment and said he was running late. He was late by about 5 minutes. When walking in the house apologized. That was already a good sign because the previous company was 30 minutes late, never called and never apologized. Great Company!!!! – I called All Brand Aplliance and Tech came on time. He fixed my fridge and I am thankful of them. I would recommend All Brand Appliance to everyone.
Washing machine service call – I requested a service call. The service man did show up as scheduled. However, said he did not have the part for my washing machine and that he would have to order the part. This also required a $100.00 check for the part to be ordered and that he will return as soon as the part was available. Needless to say, the part was not available after 2 weeks and my check was never refunded. I had to contact another service company who fixed my washer on site.
