We have had the assessment of our son at all brains clinic and we can not recommend this clinic enough! They were so accommodating with the special needs of our son, patient and understanding. The staff is kind and they were always answering our questions and walk us through the process during this difficult time for our family. Thank so much All Brains Clinic and keep up the great work!
My son who is 13 was recently assessed at this clinic. The team is very helpful with explaining everything from start to finish. We had an great experience with the kinesiologist, the speech and language pathologist, Nurses and psychiatrist! As well as the clerical staff! I hope I didn’t miss anyone! They are all amazing. Update on June 5: Following my initial review, the clinic reached out with a detailed and thoughtful response. They acknowledged my concerns and took steps to address them and shared helpful resources. I appreciate that they took the feedback seriously and made a genuine effort to address it. We cannot recommend the All Brains Clinic enough. The care and time they put into truly getting to know our child was amazing. They saw him as a whole person and evaluated all aspects of his life to give him a full diagnosis - not just a quick assessment. Over 11hrs in total including meeting with a nurse and learning liaison after the assessment has been dedicated to us. Travel to Vancouver can be a road block but if you have the means, I highly recommend visiting them.
