I’ve been trying to reach them for over 2 weeks. I’ve left voice messages and sent emails. NOBODY is getting back to me. They came highly recommended but I am not seeing why.

I strongly advise parents to be cautious. During my son's diagnosis, the treatment I received from their clinical assistant Anita Zangeneh felt like harassment. Most concerningly, when I raised this issue with the management, I was subjected to further mistreatment by another official during the post diagnosis follow-up. The management was absolute unprofessional and has shown a complete lack of accountability and a failure to provide a safe environment for the families. Based on my experience, all brains clinic appeared to be run in a way that made it impossible to receive what I would consider professional care. Dr. Ali Eslami needs to doctor up more while giving his service to the most vulnerable parents in the world. The whole clinic is taking the advantage of those parents who seek help from the professionals during their worst moments. Please do not go there if you want a safe and secure environment for your child.
Great experience; from start to finish! The doctors and staff were so kind and compassionate to us and my child. Would recommend!
