Crooks – These guys are both dishonest and incompetent. They may change both the price and terms of the lease once you are in the office, and in my case tried to force me to sign an adjusted last page after I moved in without showing me the rest of the lease. I know others who had a similar experience with these guys changing the terms at the last minute. Classic bait and switch.
