The wood was not conditioned. The result: in winter it shrinks and 3/4” separation appears between woods. Complained as this occurred from the early time with no satisfactory answer ever. 6 years have passed and owners refuse to take responsibility.

Good job for a fair price.
They do an excellent job! Jimmy was terrific. He patched, sanded, stained and finished my bedrooms, dining room, foyer. He was detailed oriented (precisely cut the wood borders in the foyer), sanded and resanded to get the floor perfectly even, hand sanded hard to get to spots, picked the exact stain color and finish to match the existing living room floors. And then cleaned everything perfectly!! I’m very happy!! Would highly recommend!!
