Never have I ever walked away from a retail car purchase without a little inkling that I could have "done better". The wholesale process was completely foreign but thanks to Michael's patience and efforts I have no doubt that I ended up with a good deal and the exact vehicle I wanted/needed. In the midst of family health issues, a totalled car, and the holidays I have nothing but gratitude for the personal and genuine care I received.

I was very nervous to buy a car w/out looking at it. But Michael was awesome at talking me through the process. He knows what he is doing and if you don't have the time or patience to go through it all alone, he is definitely your guy to help you out. I needed it pretty quickly too and he made it happen.
