Amazing technician. Came within 20 min of the call (got lucky with availability) and fixed the problem by cleaning the condenser. Was honest with refrigerant levels and told us our compressor / refrigerant charge were both fine. Unit is working amazing!

Had a problem with our walk-in fridge it kept tripping when we turned it one. When we called Bay Refrigeration, Darren picked up and said he can be there today and in about an hour he was there. Came checked out the problem, told us it was the compressor. He picked one up the next morning, installed it, and we were in our way. Fast and painless service.

All Bay and Darren provide a superior service to most any I have encountered as a business owner and the absolute best in his specialty of servicing refrigeration units. He is incredibly responsive when needed and his understanding of what to do is amazing. The man knows what he's doing; does it quickly; does it for a fair price; and shows up at the appointed times. The best thing about all this is I don't ever have to think or worry about the maintenance of my refrigeration units.

By the time our local appliance repair tech admitted he was unable to diagnose our refrigeration issue, we had already been supplementing the fridge with bags of ice for a week. Darren came out within three days of our S.O.S. (within his busy calendar), and resolved our problem with the experience he has and the equipment he stocks in his van. Excellent service and a reasonable fee. Top marks.

Darren was great! He showed up promptly and was very knowledgable about walk in coolers. He even went out of his way to contact me and come earlier in the day to complete the second part of the job. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs refrigeration service. Thanks Darren!
