Darren was extremely knowledgeable had all the right tools and works very well on Sub Zero Fridges. He came on time wastes no effort or time and within a short period he was able to make all the right diagnosis, get the parts and come back to fix everything in 1.5 hours. This is my second time to get repair service from all bay refrigeration service. The owner technician Darren,he is very professional and quick response. My very old sub-zero was not cooling on the fresh food side of the fridge. Darren came prepared with a starter in case that was the part that was broken. Unfortunately, it wasn't. But he diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered the part for replacement. He was responsive to phone calls and text messages, very knowledgeable about Sub-zero products, professional and honest. I have him on my phone contact list now, highly recommend All Bay Refrigeration.

I called out All Bay Refrigeration and they came out within a day or two. He made sure to arrive early enough to be done before my restaurant got busy. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and returned in a few days to install again avoiding my busy time. Labor cost was what I expected and reasonable. His work was quality and no problems so far. I will definitely use them again.

I had a leaking sub zero refrigerator. Darren came to take a look at it within a few hours of calling him. He diagnosed the issue promptly and got the parts and fix done in quick time at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
