Poor communication. Tried to schedule an appointment to view a home and successfully scheduled initially with Jennifer. She later emailed back and asked if we could come earlier in the week because the demand for the home was high. When we explained we couldn’t and would only be in the area on the day and time scheduled she did not reply. We arrived at our original date and time with no one at the home. I rented a house in Castro Valley for a couple of years and then a condo in Castro Valley for another few years with All Bay Property Management. I could not recommend them more. They always went above and beyond for me and my family. Our needs were always tended to immediately whenever anything needed attention with the rentals. They are a family business and they treat you like family. I have only known them to be honest, fair and generous.
Very disappointed with this company. I wish I could say otherwise. When my husband and our three daughters met them in person they were very pleasant people who continuously asked us to please put in an application for a rental they were showing. I explained to them that my credit is not good, due to my previous divorce, and told them I would be willing to leave a higher deposit or have a cosigner.
