Been ignored by them for months. Placed an order and received the wrongs rings. Asked for an exchange and did not hear back. Ended up ordering new rings from Wilson because they refused to correct their mistake. Still have not received a refund and will proceed with filing formal complaints with Sacramento and consumer affairs.
While other places charge for engravings by line or word, this place has, at least for my needs, a set price. Additionally they were willing make a small test to see what the results would look like before committing. While the result wasn't satisfactory to me, I was pleased by Robert's foresight. To me it looks like they are trying to be responsible and do good work.

Absolutely no customer service. I stood at the register and I was totally ignored. I have coached football and baseball for 25 years, and I will never do business and will never recommend this poorly managed business.
Placed order before the end of 2023 for fairly basic business cards and still waiting for the rough draft. Almost a total of 20 days to have cards made. Will post the results. Thank you.
