We rented this property for a year and left it in excellent condition, completing a full bond cleaning. Despite this, the landlord/agent charged us for multiple minor issues. Initially, we were told we’d receive a partial refund, but later additional charges were added unexpectedly, including a major fee for a door. Overall, the bond process was frustrating and felt unfair. Future tenants should be aware that deductions may not reflect the actual condition of the property.
Update: The head of this company, Naval Aulakh, contacted me, and without resolving the issue or offering any apology for the actions and negligence of his staff and company, merely explained that the landlord is “difficult” and asked me to delete my review.
