I found Kris to be very honest with me even when he had to tell me one of my big parts was bad. He put a motor mount on for no labor cost after a big job he did for me and I really appreciate this in a Mechanic, my father was one.
Liars and crooks! If I could give zero stars I would!! They did the timing chain on my car 3 years ago and now it’s already going out again. They told me over the phone a diagnostic would be $153 but charged me $340 and said it was for labor. Then said they have no record of me ever coming there 3 years ago. When I came back with records that they did do the same job 3 years ago they say oh yeah now they can find me in the system but the warranty on that job is just one year!
