I would not recommend going here. Paid $600 for new title and tags and told they would be ready the next day. A week later - they still weren't ready because of a 'break in'? I stopped in a few days later and they are closed and have a sign posted. They dont answer calls, texts, or emails. This place is run very poorly and I just want my money back. Hello , I was told i was going to be getting the family's and friends discount that was $421 but the original price was $ 650 this place is a scam . I went to Miami gardens i asked them how much will a NEW TAG the price was not at all the same $195 i even left them a TIP THEY SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE COMING TO THIS PLACE. GOD SPEED .
Careful !!! These people are scammer, they charged 550 dollars for a truck tag and they said system was down because of Microsoft issue and after that has never answered the phone and the place is always close
Extremely poor customer service. Fundamentals like transparency and communication are lacking here. Extremely unsatisfied customer. Beware if you decide to business with here as you more than likely will not receive what you paid for.
