I have had my car in 3 times at All Auto. The first time they fixed what needed to be fixed. The second time after my car was fixed a couple days later it started acting up again - same issue. I was busy and did not have time to bring it in immediately nor did I call to let them know my car was not quite right. I got a call out of the blue from Jeff at All Auto just asking how the car was running. I told him it was acting up and he immediately said "bring it in and we will make it right". Terrible Service. Their customer service is pitiful. They expect you to call and know whenever your car is done. Also, it is unorganized. When you call to check on your car, they often times don't even know what is going on with the car or who is working on it. As for the work itself, it is rather poor. You will find yourself returning with a similar issue as when you first attended. Somehow they failed to notice a problem that coincides with the first one. I would say they are 6 out of 5 stars! I have brought all my cars there for service and recomend them too all my friends and family.
Notably good service experience All Auto Care was highly recommended to me by a friend of mine who is a mechanic. I spoke with one of the owners when I picked up my car; he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
