I had a great experience with Aj on buying my Honda Civic
They were do not have a signed contract were charging me illegal and unspecified fees and are illegally refusing to return my deposit. The have an "F" rating with the better business bureau and numerous other complaints for shady and illegal business practices. They have refused any and all attempts to retuen my depot. STAY AWAY FROM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

To their credit, they had no issues with allowing a pre purchase inspection of the vehicle I was interested in. However, the vehicle was certainly in no condition to be sold at the price that they were asking and the bare minimum to prepare it for sale was not done (charged battery, oil change, etc). If you want to give them the benefit of the doubt, I didn’t bother asking about the vehicles condition over the couple of brief phone calls we had.
