Terrible company that is absolute crooks. They lie and then block you once they get your money. I paid for a customers engine on 11/26/25 and as soon as we got it we realized it was locked up. We continued to try and work with them and they kept promising that a replacement was on the way. They were saying that they had a replacement on the way. This company is not honest . I made transmisdion order in August 2023. Promised in 7 to 10 days. They called off and on for months. Never sent anything. I was promised a refund in December. Recieved nothing. Bunch of liars amd theives. Bad way to treat honest customets and steal their money.
AS this problem/situation is still developing, will update... but as of now, our engine has been delayed 7 times and customer service is not only almost non existent, but when they do call me to inform me of yet another delay, can barely understand them... will be asking for av refund if any more delays are given
