I don’t have enough words to describe how great the owner charles is. From start to finish on multiple vehicles i’ve brought him he always goes above & beyond to make sure i have a clear understanding of the process moving forward. New or old cars he has all of the knowledge to get the work done correctly weather that be full body work or just painting. I will never use another body shop
I recently had a fender bender with my nissan after getting a couple estimates I had a friend tell me about all auto impact, my self and my wife went there and the owner Charlie stopped what he was doing and took the time to talk to us and explained what needed to be done , told him it was our only vehicle he made arrangements to get it in pretty quick our car was in his shop 4 days and the body and paint work came out perfectly you can not even tell that our car had damage I realise that's what a shops end result should be ... read more
