Well, this time, I broke the rear side window on the same car. I was using a grinder on the sidewalk, A rock flew up and broke the entire passenger side windows out...is was factory tinted. Called Frank on a Monday...I didn't have to get the window put in until Wednesday... I watched the repair man work. He put my panels, the speaker and all screws back the way he found them, no short cuts or sloppness...i appreciate the service on a level, that I gave the tech a separate tip.
Excellent service and it was done quick! Frank quoted me a price on the phone and remained the same at the time of service without hidden prices, unlike others.
