Don and, Patty irked my nerves from time to time but, they looked out for me. I recommend them to anybody because, these other management companies are a damn JOKE! If you're looking for some genuinely good people contact All Atlantic!
I've been a tenant with All Atlantic for almost 8 years now. Don and management have always been helpful to me and my family, especially during Covid19 when I had trouble coming up with my monthly rent. Whenever I have an issue in my apartment such as a broken appliance, a water leak, etc, Don and the property manager Patty always make sure that it is addressed and resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend All Atlantic to anyone looking to rent an apartment or home in the Daytona Beach area.
When I saw that this company received a "3" rating, I was shocked. That is very generous. I have been renting my residences for approximately 19 years since selling my last home. I have experienced many different landlords and management companies. I have never seen a management company stay in business like this one has survived. I rented from this company for 12 months. I lived in 102 South peninsula drive unit 300 Windows do not close properly the door frame is rotting the apartment is covered in mold I have toxicology reports
Donald Harkins violated Florida statute 83.64. He retaliated against my family and I because we reported a unsafe front door that would not lock properly, and the frame of the door was damaged. It was kicked in by police before we took possession of the unit. They have been aware of this since we moved in. We have constantly ask them to make the correct repairs to the front door.
