Jon drafted sophisticated strata building plans to assist with my subdivision into 4 lots whilst retaining the existing house. Mandurah Council initially raised several queries that Jon responded to and subsequently my development application was approved. Jon is easy to deal with and replied to my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely engage him in future projects.
