Don't bank on the word of a Kentucky gentleman... We were left hanging by All Around Tree Service (aka JL Banks Tree Service) after we had taken down a large oak tree in our front yard. I had high hopes after their timely appearance of this owner, JL Banks, and his family/son. JL, the owner, had promised to cut up the remainder of the fallen oak and remove it.
