Karen is gracious always thinks of the trips that will help us have a great time .Oak Lawn is lucky to have her
Karen did a great job helping us plan our first cruise ever! We had a wonderful trip to Alaska on the Celebrity Solstice . Without Karen's assistance, this is a trip we would never have considered. Not only was the cruise great, but she found us an amazing price.
My family and I met with Karen. Explained to her we would like a cruise. She was supposed to be looking up some deals for us and get back to us but never did. Was it because we were black and you didn't think we had the funds to purchase tickets? Which sucks because I had already saved up a couple of thousands already to pay down on trip. There should be no reason for you to have not gotten back to me but for because we were black and you didn't take us seriously.
Ms. Barbara was very helpful, nice, answered all the questions I had, and other people who were traveling with me.👍🏾
