I reached out to this company back in March, all pertinent information & deposit was done. The driver called me on the day of at 2:55pm saying her GPS had her getting to me at 3:18pm. I immediately asked so what happens with my time, she said you’ll get it back. Driver arrives.. we were coming out the door as she came up the street. The location gave the name of the name of the restaurant & zip code of 19801… If you run a bus service it’s no way in the world you didn’t map this to know it’s not in Philadelphia & confirm wher... read more

I’m writing this review just because whoever is responding is unprofessional and lacks accountability, instead of owning up to there mishaps she wants to lie which is an absolute no!! Save your money and time ain’t no way my family had reservations at 4 and arrived after 5 because the driver clearly didn’t know where she was going which is insane….on top of her arriving late….she should have known upon arrival where she was going. My family used this bus company to transport to a birthday dinner from Philadelphia to Delaware. The driver was late to pick us up, nothing besides the air conditioning worked on the bus and to top it off the driver took us to the wrong location which made us late for our dinner reservation. The driver knew she was late and chose to go 60 mph on Kelly Drive. Had the driver confirmed the address prior to departure we wouldn’t have been over an hour late for dinner.
