AJ has been great working with us. She immediately resolved a minor issue and has been available when we needed anything. We appreciate her help. The facility is clean and the office is decorated for Christmas and very welcoming. Update: We retrieved our RV from Greenkey Storage and were very happy with the whole experience. It was in the same condition as when we stored it, wheel covers were intact, no issues whatsoever. AJ ensured our move out was smooth. I definitely recommend GreenKey at Athens.
AJ was great! Responded quickly to my reservation request, and there was a slight discrepancy on the monthly rate which she has taken care of immediately. This has been a great experience and excellent customer service. We are looking forward to working with Greenkey Storage. Thank you! Donna W
