Flooded and wasnt even told. My things soaked for three weeks before I found out on my own. Complete negligence. Lost so much it hurts to even think about it. FIVE STAR STORAGE is what they were called when this happened and they have several locations. Make sure yours isnt mounted on the bank of a river creek like this one was.
