We called for them to come out and investigate a leak in our 7 year old roof. They came out, they fixed (I use this term loosely) and left. A few weeks later the problem wasn't fixed- still leaking. So we called again. They came out and fixed again; (which means replace a few shingles, use some caulk and glue down old shingles they didn't replace. Roof still leaked. mine was a small job. Actually I thought it was too small for a roofer to come out and fix. Regardless, All Around Roofing came out and fixed it for next to nothing. great little company. Definitely going to use them again.
This past week I started to notice a leak in the roof over my kitchen. I called all around roofing and they came out to look at it right away. The leak is fixed and for a great price.
I called this company because I had a leaking roof in progress. I found this company online from a site where you can check out businesses. I called, got the manager and explained my problem. He told me he may be able to get someone out there THAT day. When the roofer couldn't come to my house (due to a big problematic job) the manager called me to tell me this and without asking, referred me to someone that could. That is great customer service.
