I bought property through Jim Moody in 2003. At the time, he pushed me toward drilling a well and never disclosed that I could have tied into the existing municipal water system for a fraction of the cost. Because of that omission, I spent $15,000 on a non-productive well when a $4,000 trench to the county road would have solved my water needs.
