Absolutely fantastic service. I had a steel locker that weighed over 500 lbs that I needed to be moved from the garage to the basement. I had tried earlier with four people and they weren’t able, but with Jay and his crew they made it look easy. Great attitude, reasonable price, and great service! The All Around Moves team took proper care of not just the unit but also the stairs and the floor. What a group of hard workers who saved the day for our family! With a 4 story house needing to be cleared out and ready for a next day closing, All Around Movers arrived in one hour, moved fast and helped in every way! They even dismantle a wooden children's play gym, a last minute demand from the buyer. We hired Jameen (Jay) and All Around Moves/All Around Delivery for our move out of state and paid over $4,800. Unfortunately, the moving team was not careful with our belongings — an electric scooter never arrived at our new house, a computer monitor was completely smashed, and more. Jay agreed to refund us $800 but did not send the money, despite multiple conversations over 4 months. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
They really came in clutch at the last minute when other movers backed out. They were on time and communicative throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend!!
