Bought a very expensive generator to use that same day. They informed us that the generator was full of fuel and oil for us to use same day. They started the generator in their shop and turn it off. This gave us the understanding that it was fully operational and full of the necessary fluids. After driving 4 hours away from their shop and getting the generator out and ready for use, it would not start.
