Sean is very thorough and HONEST. He’s my go-to for inspections. If there is something wrong, he will make sure the buyer and the agent are aware. He doesn’t take shortcuts and he gets the job done! Also a bonus that he’s affordable. In the world we live in now, being affordable is a HUGE plus in my book.

This inspector came to do an inspection on our home. We have hardie board siding on our home (30 year manufacture warranty). As a paid professional he lacks knowledge of certain things and has builder bias. He stated we needed to caulk our joints on the hardie board although it is not recommended by the manufacture. Per the manufacture an underlayment goes under the joints to prevent water seeping in and installer should not place caulking. When questioned. Sean was recommended to us for an inspection on our potential new home purchase (new to us) and there was a reason - he was absolutely amazing! As this is our first time purchasing a new home, I thought the process would be stressful. However, as far as the inspection went, Sean was thorough, communicative, professional and put us at ease with this part of the home buying process.
