Bill Razor is the owner of All Around Heating & Air, when you call their business number you are contacting him directly. Bill was able to come out to inspect my AC unit the day after I contacted him, and showed me specifically what was wrong with my unit (we have a decades old unit at a particular home). He showed me the leak at the coil, then explained there were two other leaks at the fittings of the outside unit, and the risk(s) involved in "just replacing" the A coil in an older unit.
