Welcoming people and good ratio! Eric is great, super caring, as well as many of its other trainers
I was always too intimidated or scared to try any sort of bootcamp or group class until I found All Around Fitness. Eric makes each class challenging and different. The small classes sizes (10 max) make it easy for Eric to correct and encourage you, along with providing modifications. He pushes you but also makes you feel comfortable. I’ve taken a few group classes here and Eric is great - the classes are fun and challenging and each time the circuits are different. The facilities are clean and location very convenient. Highly recommend!
Love the classes here! Small gym, small classes, big energy and great instruction. Classes work well for people of different fitness levels, and the small size means you get adjustments as needed. Been coming here for a few months and really love it.
