Margaret works with you to achieve your fitness goals, she is extremely knowledgeable and is able to communicate the reason for each exercise in your program. Marg creates programs that challenge but are not so difficult that you don’t return! A relaxed and friendly environment, I would recommend Marg to anyone but particularly those returning to exercise.
