I wish I could do ZERO star. I usually let go and don’t write bad reviews but I truly don’t want anyone experience what I have gone through with these people and I won’t be surprised if they go out of buiness for bad costumer service, lack of knowledge and being totally untrustworthy! We have dealt with them for a bout month to get our microwave fixed and finally we got our money back. We talked to the manager Paul, he sent a technician who lives in Ashburn VA.
