They saved thanksgiving!!!! My Oven element went out last week. Messeged them on their fb page and got an immediate response then They helped me locate the manufacture number to see if they carried the one i needed. They did and told me that they have them and to come by. Quick service, nice people and they keep it real with you like your b.sing with friends which made the atmosphere friendly!

Christian is awesome and definitely goes over and above what most would do. This evening our capacitor went on our A.C. unit and having left a message on the Facebook page earlier that I would be by first thing in the morning, messaged me and said he would meet me at the store tonight!!!! Several years ago they also helped me repair my dryer with a new heating element that gave a few more years life to my dryer! Christian knows his stuff and is there for you when you need him! Thank you!

I messaged Christian about my washer leaking. He knew exactly what the problem was and what part I needed. He got the pump out quick and it arrived in perfect condition. Will use him for future appliance needs.
Christian helped me get the part for my dryer. I could have bought a new one, but the part save me all that money. The appliance is still working and Christian has helped me figure out a few other appliance parts related issues.
Messaged Christian Kovak with my model # and what my range was doing. He messaged me back right away with a diagnosis and how to check my igniter. He was correct and mailed the part to me in NC. I now have a working oven so my wife and daughter can stop threatening me lol. Saved me a ton of money not having to call a repairman out. Thanks Brother!
