Novice at washing machine repair, took my partial wiring harness, ( wire was cut off), and went to this fine establishment on Saturday morning, Mr Bill King was working and couldn’t have been more helpful. Great guy and went out of his way to help me, Thank you.
This place is THE BEST! It had the exact part to fix our ailing refrigerator and the owner was SO nice and helpful. We saved at least 1.8K by getting this part. Thank you to the owner. We appreciate you!!
This store is 5 stars!!! The customer service is why I shop locally. The part I needed was recently out of stock but they called the warehouse and held up their delivery truck to grab my part so it would be here the same day! The counter guys were friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome people!!!
The staff here were extremely helpful and nice!! I’m pretty handy, but I also have no idea what I am doing! The advice they gave me about fixing the burnt wires in my dryer saved me a lot of time and headache. Especially since my internet is out because of Hurricane Helen. Thanks, my dryer works again.
