I was about to toss my GE stackable till I stop here. The washer wouldnt empty water. The guys at the front desk said change the lid switch. This switch acts as a safety mechanism, confirming the lid is closed before enabling the washer to spin and drain. If the lid switch is faulty, the washer will not proceed to empty the water, often leaving clothes soaking in a full tub. It was under $50 and saves me $1000. They have not disappointed since and helped me with a number of other problems!
Helped me find a replacement circuit breaker for an air handler, sold the part for a very fair price, and even included the required connectors/wire nuts needed free of charge. Air is back on and didnt have to wait 1 week for part to be shipped. 5 stars
Needed a wash machine part thanksgiving weekend. Was able to order it Saturday after Thanksgiving. Part was ready for pick up Monday afternoon. These guys knew their stuff and had me and 5 loads of laundry rolling in no time. 5 stars all the way. Super friendly and knew their product. Hopefully won’t need them for a while, but if needed I’m headed to them.
A1 service! They were very kind and helpful. Easy and fast . I had to order a heating element for a drier.
