Had the part I needed and they gave me instruction on installing it!
The cycle knob indicator of our GE washing machine was no longer working properly. When turning it to begin a cycle, it would constantly slip, so that when it did catch, we weren’t sure whether it was on a delicate or heavy cycle. We had a GE repairman come in, who told us within about 2 minutes, that we’d need a new machine. We were directed by an appliance store to try All Appliance Parts, and the men there were so helpful. Novice at washing machine repair, took my partial wiring harness, ( wire was cut off), and went to this fine establishment on Saturday morning, Mr Bill King was working and couldn’t have been more helpful. Great guy and went out of his way to help me, Thank you.
