They do not return call and have a bogus email. If this company actually exists they do a poor job at maintaining customers and addressing their concerns. I have never been so disappointed in a company. The first time I called was July of last year when my 8 year old dog passed away. I needed assistance with pick up. No response. This second time I called to get assistance with taking his sister to the emergency clinic because she is over 70 pounds but was bleeding and was experiencing pyometra, which needed emergency surger... read more
