I just want to tell you that ya'll are great! I brought Gedion, the cat, in to be de-clawed. He had his blue crouched blanket with him. I think that he had been abandon many times over his suspected 5 year age. We got him as "a rescue" from our grand daughter that got him from a rescue shelter. She had to move and could not take him so we adopted him. After he spent the night we got him back home with us and he is a TOTALY different cat! He is much more loving! Top notch! Dr. Runnfeldt cares for my animals as if they were her own! I truly can't say enough about this practice. If you're looking for a veterinarian, look no further.
Absolutely great place to take your animals. One of my cats was seriously sick and underweight which was a very high probability that he wasn't going to make it but thanks to all the staff for not giving up on him. He is now doing great, he went from 2lbs to now 11lbs. I will always be grateful for saving his life.
I have been with Dr Velasco since mid 1970's. We have had 2-5 dogs all during these years with most being schnauzers. We have never went to another vet because we like the personal experience with Dr. Velasco and all his staff. Some say he is expensive but I have found only maybe 10-15% . It's hard to try another vet when we have had nothing but the best personal care our Furkids! I like the fact I can call and need to talk to Dr. Velasco or even Dr. Bledsoe and they will return my call. Also if my dog has a problem they alw... read more

I love Dr. Julie...she is my Veterinarian Hero! She is so good with my dogs and her staff is wonderful. She helped me when my poor Squirt had reached her final day with me. She took my fat rat terrier Rufus in last minute for emergency surgery when he cracked his tooth and it abscessed 2 weeks ago & took his stitches out today. She gave my sweet Bailey her 3-year rabies vaccine so quickly she didn't even flinch. I drive from St. Johns Co to Middleburg just because of Dr. Julie & her team.
