Was told when I brought my dog for her last set of booster shots that they were out of flea medication and to order it online from chewy. I did that and waited two weeks for this vet to approve the medication online. I called 4 times to figure out why it hadn't been approved and was told each time that it would be approved either by the end of the day and the last time i spoke to a manager i was told it would be taken care of immedietly and it wasnt. Horrible we showed up at 6:02pm with a dog about to die and the vet said not my problem go some where else horrible people
At first, I thought it was a bad place but honestly, it wasn't. I was pretty satisfied with the spay and neuter of both of my puppies. They're still in recovery, but they've been doing well. They're eating, playing a little, sleeping most of the time, but they already did that anyway lol.
Worse animal hospital EVER!!! They don't care about your fur baby. I was told my dog had heartworms. I never saw a Veterinarian only a Tech. All she did was give him a steroid shot and doxycyline pills. They would not answer my phone calls. My pets go to Best Friends Animal Hospital.
