Dr. Ashley and Heather were so beyond helpful and accommodating. But, shoutout to heather especially because of her amazing attitude. She made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire visit, she made our day. So good at her job, every aspect!
I never got a chance to have my appointment. After waiting almost an hour after checking in at the time of my appointment I was told there were 5 people still ahead of me. I had to take time off work and my dog needed urgent care. If your business is so behind that a customer has to wait 2-5 hrs for service after their appointment time you should probably restructure your appointment duration’s and not book so many people per day. My cat was neutered yesterday morning, in the time the clinic had him, they were called FOUR times by me, to check on the status of my cat, and to see how much money I would need to bring with me at pickup to get him back. My cat has been in pain since we got him back, he will not eat, will not drink his water, and is super sluggish. TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE !
