We started with this company five weeks ago and the first time it took them forever for them to just answer the phone to start the service. The first week they did great they picked up right on time and everything. Second week they never came at all and again on the second. My husband is way too nice and didn’t call until the second week of not picking up and they said the truck was broken down and so we understood things happen and we would wait a little longer. I would've put zero stars but I couldn't.we called for 2 weks before ayone even answeres the phone. When we finally got in touch, we set up a delivery time fo my trash container and they didn't show up, they said they had truck problems and would do it the next day and they didn't show up again and wouldn't answer the phone. Probably not the best way to run a business.
The service and experience of working with All American Trash has been excellent for me... For the price you really can't beat there services... I give them two thumbs up!
