If I could give zero stars, I would. I accepted a signing from All American Title Service, confirmed the appointment, and reserved the time. They later claimed the appointment was cancelled, but that wasn’t true — it was removed from my queue and sent to a signing agency without a phone call or a notification. I know this because the same agency contacted me for the exact same signing at a lower rate, while taking their own commission on top.
