I don't know his name I forgot it but the gentleman that helped me over the phone when I paid my bill was extremely helpful and nice. He helped me to get a better rate so I would stay with public storage longer. He was very kind very patient extremely smart very informative. Very let down with this faculty. I won a unit at auction and ended up purchasing it for a couple months. First complaint is the amount of mice/rat activity is unreal. I know there are bait boxes but they aren’t working. 2 the snow and ice. My door was blocked and the road between all the units was a straight sheet of ice. Spoke to person working there and nothing they can do. The amount of money that place makes it’s sad that they do not make sure the place is safe.
