Victoria is the customer service rep who explained my lease. She went over everything with a fine tooth comb. Very attentive, had answers to every inquiry as well as a smile to go with it. Not to mention the awesome New York accent she hit me with. Molto Bella! Thank you Vicky!!
Victoria is AMAZING!!! I just came from a stressful long distance move. Haven't had the opportunity to use a storage facility before. Mrs. Victoria eased any and all concerns I had. She was very patient explaining the Leasing Process, informative and most of all polite. I had a lot of questions and let me tell you, she has the patience of a saint. Thank you for a wonderful stress free first time experience.
