I wanted to tell them face to face about their attitude and some guy said he is a third gen contractor.asked of i had home training and just down right rude. He gave no definite price per square ft.spoke really fast to get a yes agreement for which I had concerns about and what wanted clarification. For which he side tracked and walked around. If I could give this a 0 rating I would. We got our quote, told them it was a go and were told we were on the schedule. We had to make NUMEROUS calls to Mike asking where we were at with time because we never heard back. He assured us they were just running behind and we were on the schedule. Months went by and we made several calls again trying to figure out what was going on. Mike finally called us back saying "oops, sorry, I never got a contract signed so you were never put on the schedule" after all. He promised to swing... read more
