If I had it to do all over again I would never use this company. We had new pumps and check valves installed in our lift station 6 months ago. Now one pump is shot and one check valve is shot. They also left exposed wires inside the holding tank. We had our float valves replaced by a different company and now they tell use that voided our warranty even though no work was done on the pumps. In mid June, we had an aerator , control box , new electrical, and a new septic pump installed by All American Septic. Only to have them blame the flood of harvey to cause the damage. I explained to them we've tried called, leaving messages , only to be told they never recieved my messages prior to Harvey.and now they're claiming they're not liable to the damage prio to Harvey flooding in our area.
