I needed to find a storage place in a day that was close to my child campus and inexpensive. A parent told me about All American Self Storage. I spoke to customer service over the phone but then decide to go take a look for myself. Aelson at the Framingham location was a big help. He remembers the parent who referred me to that location and guided me through the process he was also able to put our units next to each other.

Michele and Mike are awesome, friendly, professional!! They are always on top of things and the place is extremely clean!!! Glad to be having such a good experience when I’m trusting that my stuff will be ok while in their care!! Would definitely recommend

Instead of trying to reserve a storage unit online (it was complicated for me) I decided to call. Over the phone Monica made it as smooth as possible. Fast and efficient. I’d like to thank her for assisting me with renting and explaining me how terms are work. She should be employee of the month. Thank you. Highly recommended.
