Good people, quick responses , very simple . would recommend
The staff is professional and courteous. My issue is with the cost of these units. I have a tiny unit. And I signed up under one rate, only to have it increase after a year for no other reason than that they could. When I asked if there have been any improvements or upgrades to justify this increase, I was told no. That it's just automatically going to increase. The staff here are absolutely wonderful especially Ally (Alexandria) she is such a sweetheart and they try their best to accommodate their clients needs. Would definitely recommend this storage unit facility to everyone!
