We had no issues with five star storage. Dave T at the office in STP was very helpful in setting my uncle up with the right size storage unit he needed.
Recently unfortunately a fire occurred at this five star storage location. The manger and team at this location were extremely helpful and supportive during the entire situation. They were extremely helpful in taking care of my damaged property and overall made the situation significantly easier. My thanks to Dave and the team.
The worst storage until ever they have rodents fires and all I most definitely would never trust my things being at these units!!!!!!!! All my things were ruined and rat feces we’re all over my things as well .. Had to throw away all me and my child’s clothing and house items !!!!! A complete nightmare !!!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!
Great place to rent. Clean and easy
Super easy purchase and check in process. Some of the initial fees are a bit expensive and unexpected but after that not too pricey.
