It used to feel like a mom and pop shop… However, it has changed to a very corporate and expensive storage unit operation. It is nearly impossible to talk to a human, and the rate increases are absolutely ridiculous for an unheated unit. I regret paying so many years.
Good customer service
DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE COMPANY. The absolute worst experience I’ve had with a company. We went there about a month ago to store a machine at our storage unit and their elevator was broken. We had to switch units to downstairs and ended up taking up two units. We paid for both and they have our credit card on file. We assumed they would just charge our credit card and we were good to go. We went on a cruise for a few weeks and were out of the country.
