I will let my family and friends know about the storage area, it's amazing to me.
Things were fine but the table they provide is too small to read the text on. Pages of legal stuff. Hope they don't want my first born child :-)
Haven't moved in yet, but this is my third time renting from Five Star and I've always had great service and good experiences with them. No concerns whatsoever.
Horrible company. Don't use. I was at this unit for six years until THIS company took over a few months ago. They raised the rent by over 50% and then gave us a week's notice to change the locks that we had bought from the previous company (meaning I had already paid for a lock when I moved in that was up to their standards) to very expensive ones or they would be charging us $50 to cut it off and then charging us for the lock.
