In short: Average and don’t expect much proactivity. I went with this company to replace the ~25 year-old roof of my house, along with new skylights and some siding repair and new gutters. The sales process was pleasant (but that’s always how they get you!) and the price was very competitive. I can not evaluate their work because they did not do the job. We had a small job, fix small leak in shed roof attached to house, told them that when making appointment. The morning of the appointment, the roofer person called to tell me they don't do small jobs, only do entire roofs. Wasted 4 days waiting for them, could have called someone else. I explained, politely, my frustration when the roofer called to cancel, told them that they should tell the front office that they only do large jobs/entire roofs. He said "noted" ... read more
