Scam. Scam. Scam. Familiar with - Giant Trailers - & - United Axle - & - 247 Truck Service ! They are all the same people, scam on the road! Do not use them if you have any other option.
We called All American for a roadside repair to a broken trailer axle. Once they arrived and welded the axle we were told that my driver would be able to make it to his destination to drop his load and home for a permanent fix. Unfortunately they did a poor job of welding, and the repair lasted less than 12 hours. My driver was unable to make to drop his load. DO NOT USE!! Called AARR for service. 89 miles latter the truck stopped with the same issue that AARR "fix" and more damage. We called AARR to repair the truck no luck. No call back and stopped answering our calls. !!!!!AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Terrible service!
